Power Stroking Class with Nick LaRoche Continues thru July!
The club is offering a power stroking class on Sundays from 6:45am-7:45am for $15.
This includes 15 minutes of freestyle (6:45am-7am) and 45 minutes of power stroking (7am-7:45am).
